Payment

For your convenience, Swift Mobile Notary accepts credit and debit card payments at notary signing appointments with a portable wireless credit/debit card processing device. Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and debit cards. Escrow, title, and businesses can be invoiced

Notarization Fees:

• Acknowledgement - $15 (for each signature notarized)
• Jurat - $15 (including the oath or affirmation)
• Certified Copy of Power of Attorney - $15
• Deposition - $30 (plus $7 for the oath and $7 for completing the certificate)
• Oath and Affirmation Administration - $15
• Proof of Execution by Subscribing Witness - $15 (for each signature)
• Copy of Journal Entry - 30¢
• Verification of any nomination document or circulator’s affidavit having to do with a public election (Elections Code § 8080) - $0
• Application or claim for pension, allotment, allowance, compensation, insurance or other veteran’s benefit on behalf of a US military veteran (Government Code § 6107) - $0

Mobile Notary Fees:

• Travel $20 for up to 10 miles, after that $1 for each mile

• Mobile Loan Signing Fees (Includes Round Trip Travel Fees and Notary Fees only):
- Loan Documents, one set (0-30 miles)   $150
- Loan Documents, one set (31-50 miles)   $175
- Second Mortgage, one set (same visit)   $50

Mobile Service Other Fees:
• After Hours Start $20

• E-Docs (Electronic / e-mailed documents $40
• Faxing $1 per Page
• Scan and e-mailing $1 per Page
• Waiting 20 min. free, after that $1/min

• Apostille
- by mail (10 business days) $20 one document + handling and mailing expenses

- expedited (up to 2 business days) $26 one document + $110 handling and traveling expenses; discount for more documents (same visit)..

Notarizing requires you provide current acceptable identification, such as:

• California Driver’s License, California Identification card, Canada Drivers License, Foreign Passports stamped by U.S. Customs, Inmate ID card, Mexico Driver’s License, Other States Drivers License;

• Other State Identification card, U.S. Passport, U.S .Military ID card;

• Two credible witnesses (for a person who does not have current or acceptable ID).
